The manga is better, still very graphic but the stories goes on.


review: The plot gets silly as it never explains much just gets more complex, kind of like "LOST", however its one of the best drawn mangas out there, and the gore and fast paced action makes it really entretaining to watch.

the "try hard" character with a hidden power inside him has been used over and over and over since its a strong hook for many young people, his motivations are childish "save everyone", "be hokage" etc, its a really flat simple minded character definitely created to please a younger audience than if you build a well rounded more realisitic and complex character like for example mmm.... Griffith from Berserk.
