#1 Sakura #2 Chouji #3 those two worthless chunnins that fought kakuzu #4 Kabuto #5 maybe tsunade #6 maybe some kages and maybe others, but I see naruto going the way of bleach, the way this war was set up was the worst idea kishimoto ever came up with. If he wants to give filler manga, give shit like he did with kakashi gaiden, and show shit that happened in the past, about people that actually matter, like the uzumaki clan, some shit but not this. | ||

Realistically, some of the original 12 leaf genin should've died during the series. Now it's too late though, killing say Ino or Hinata would be a death just for the sake of having a death and that's just silly. None of them are important enough to the story. The only way that Sakura dying makes sense is if shes killed by Sasuke and that act would cement Sasuke as evil for the rest of the series and I've always thought that there was redemption for Sasuke at the end. Itachi's gift to Naruto is still around after all and that is likely to turn him around. Some of the kages are very likely going to die, raikage and tsukage are probably the two most likely (aside from Tsunade). Tsukage's age coupled with a theme of the series being the younger generations usurping the older ones makes that somewhat likely and Raikage's position as the leader makes him likely as well. I've always felt like Tsunade was going to die. The other sannin dying, making herself appear younger to hide her aged or supposed real appearance, Shizune talking about how her regeneration techniques shorten her life all support this. Plus Naruto is probably going to become the hokage by the end of the series and having him assume the vacant seat rather than tsunade stepping aside is much more dramatic. Kabuto's going to die eventually, I think this is pretty obvious. This arc is an unmitigated disaster though, it's completely filler, none of it means anything, and the real story probably won't resume again for awhile. | ||

Aren't there some other Akatsuki(sp?) members that haven't really gotten involved etc.? I totally agree with the list of 'we need some/any of these characters to die' posted above, but would add Naruto, Sasuke, Temari, Konkuro, and Sai. | ||

At least we got meatball in the sky now though, which is pretty hilarious. Hopefully he farts on everyone and kills them. Then we can get to some actual good fights again. | ||
