I dunno, I like the world war arc. I feel like this is going to turn into all of the young people in the naruto world taking over, so we get to see all of naruto's classmates and the sand/ cloud ninja become world leaders. My guess is they change the whole old guard, naruto kills madara, becomes hokage, and then they have a last arc with the final battle between naruto and sasuke

I also really like kinkakku and ginkakku, but I wish they weren't fake jinchurikki's, it'd be cool to see them do some sick ass combo moves ftw.

But say what you want about the plotholes and such, but I feel like all of these scenes will be badass in the anime since there is a lot of action going on that the manga simply can't capture.

I hate how before people complain about "Man during in the chunin exams it was way cooler because you get to see everyone fight" "yeah when are we gonna get to see the other lesser known characters fight?" Now you have literally the PERFECT opportunity for that and you bitch. You damn manga nerds just shut up and enjoy it. Ill admit the last chapter was kinda dumb but in a whole i like this arc. I like how Darui is basically the kakashi of the rain and i liked seeing kankuro whoop ass (seriously gained mad respect for him after that one, never liked him before.) Yeah this last chapter was pretty dumb, the weapons in general are but with how these fights are going itll be over quick anyways.

Because we're not seeing them fight? We're seeing a bunch of random people we've never even heard of fighting. At least Rock and Chouji and Neji had story lines and shit. These guys are just placeholders. Don't try to paint this as hypocrisy when it's not.

.... Seriously, why the hell wouldn't they have started using this pot thing in the first place? This is suffering from severe Dragonball Z syndrome where the writer can't think of a logical way to progress so he decides to just make something more powerful to counteract it that the good guys could have just used from the beginning. This is just getting ridiculous.

If you think of it as a trump card, it's not that much of a logical flaw. Had the battle not go so out of hand, they could have reserved it for later use.

How much worse than "LOLsurrect all of the strongest warriors evar!" can it get? Not only that, but they can't die through normal means and need their souls sealed away like with a certain pot that had been in their possession the entire time.

And seriously, somebody has a jutsu to make anything travel at the speed of light? How is that not been used ever before? Just jutsu a giant bomb in the middle of an enemy village and bam! Insta-win. All of these things are getting into the realm of ridiculous, even by Naruto standards.

The thing that pisses me off more is that "Here's this new badass character... Oooo look at how badass he... Well, he's dead now. On to the next one!" There's no tension to these battles or even desire to see them pan out. It's just "HERE'S UBER BADASS LEGEND!" for a couple pages then dead. Great. So much for these legendary heroes and villains.

The journey of the west reference is ruined, i thought 5th item would be something more godly (maybe the godly tiara), but instead its a pot that was suppose to have have the gourd's ability.

So Kingaku is trapped now what? If Darui release his campanions he would have to release the other baddie as well and go thru the shit again?

Even more ridiculous is that these people even have the concept of speed of light. We're talking about feudal ninjas here. Sure, they got walkie talkies and shit, but calculating the speed of light? Just what? I'm so confused.

It's hilarious how all the lore that's been built up over nearly a decade is being shitted on by the creator solely to give some extra drama and epicness. I don't understand it at all. Kishimoto has proven numerous times before that he could make a battle epic without resorting to these types of theatrics. Why has it gotten so shallow?

And he made such a corny reference to Hanafuda, I really wanted to facepalm.
