A lot of the "old generation" is gonna die off.
So Tsunade's gonna die. Last of the Sannin makes her a perfect candidate for death. Plus the fact that she's the obstacle between Naruto and Hokage...so she's gotta go. Kakashi's probably going to die. Gai? I can see that happening too given his weak state. Killer Bee's probably going to die too.
Yamato's basically dead. I'm gonna assume a couple Kages are gonna get floored too.
All the useless characters like Anko are probably gonna live. 
Most of the people that the youngsters looked up to as they grew are going to die. Kakashi's already talking about like..."It's time for the next generation to take over".
What better way to do that then to kill all the old guys off?
But in foresight, it'd be pretty retarded to have Kakashi die....because he already died once, and it'd be pointless for him to die a second time. So maybe he'll live. >.>

I agree with Naruto dying. I wouldn't like it if he survives and then becomes the hokage and then the manga finishes...
I think Kakashi will die...again..Although after killing like 2 or more strong people...there is no way that he can lose to Zabuza...
I really do hope he survives.

The manga will end with Naruto persuading Madara to be his friend, Kabuto runs away, and there will be a Naruto GT where they will try persuading him to join their circle of friends

Agreed. A good ending would be if Naruto died and because of that, bringing "true peace" to the world, or something. He said that if he and Sasuke was going to fight, both of them would die, so maybe that will be the final fight. Of course an ending where he doesn't die would be nice too.
I also think a lot of old generation people will die, so the young can carry on with/aid Naruto with his dream of world peace (regardless of whether he dies or not).

Tobi is actually sasuke. He then loses the war and dies. The current sasuke finds out about all this and travels back in time to finish Tobi's plan. Perpetuating the "cycle of hate" that Kishimoto mentions like every chapter.

Hopefully I die of old age before this manga ends. Been reading it since 7th grade and now i'm in college, this manga should not die. If your gonna make a manga last longer than 250 chapters, might as well just keep writing as long as you live kishi.
Predictions:
1. Naruto and Sasuke have a final battle to decide the war, after all the other characters who are gonna die, die. WIll probably play out something like the Retrieve Sasuke Arc.
2. Tsunade dies fighting Jiraiya(if he is resurrected) or against Dan
3. Sakura dies by Sasuke's hands and naruto goes apeshit
4. Gaara dies
5. Shikamaru fights Asuma and wins
6. Naruto will have his face on the side of the mountain in Konoha whether he survives or dies against Sasuke.
7. Manga will last at least another 300 chapters, hope kishi doesn't hold out on the battles and actually make them worth reading.
8. Neji will die protecting Hinata

Nah.
First, we'll have the typical battle stuff going on until we reach the inevitable Sasuke vs Naruto fight. Naruto wins because he still has to beat Madara. The resulting Marada vs Naruto fight will drag on over fifty chapters with Naruto getting beat down in preparation for the dramatic finale. Then, we have the cliche "power up for last ditch attack" scene. A white flash engulfs the panel.
The last scene is Naruto being made hokage posthumously for saving the world. Kishimoto's gotta keep his promises, after all.

I don't know what's gonna happen or who will die fighting who (nobody does). But I DO know something like this will happen:
Somehow Orochimaru or whatever the fuck he calls himself these days will either die or be gravely wounded thus ending his *control* over the guys he resurrected. Some of the guys he resurrected will either help the good guys or say good bye one last time, telling the others some last thoughts and not to live with regrets and all that shonen shit. And then vanishing with a bright light and a smile. A real tear jerker is coming our way guys. Better get out your wet suit.

And some random villain will appear and continue the story forcing naruto to join with all the tailed beasts himself.... and the next thing we know we will have 20 more story arcs after this one =/
im all for a decent ending though, but im just not a believer when it comes to that happening as naruto is having the epicly long profit disease that plagues these types of things. Every thing that makes money will always lead to more to make more money. But my fingers are crossed for an ending.
on the upcoming battle though, seriously i hope characters do die and there is actually a battle.

2 tsunade will live, because giving naruto hokage will remove half his motive to get better, and since hes so powerful the only reasons not to are his youth or that the spots filled
3 sakura wont die, hell they didnt even kill rock lee back in the jounin exam arc

I actually went and re-read the Kakashi Gaiden again, and...the Root member and Rin look uncannily similar...I can't remember if Rin appears in any other chapter though, so can't make too many comparisons.

My perfect ending would be if in the middle of the final battle, it shows some Japanese kid who loves ninjas waking up from his dream, eating breakfast, and going to school. The shitstorm that will ensue would make all the chapters of Naruto worth it 100%.
