Thanks. I've seen the image, I just dont think its a new form I think it's just super saiyan blue. Sure it has different puppils but that could even be just a thing of the artist that draw it. Some say it's UI SSB which...I don't think will ever happen and if it happens Vegeta won't be the one to get it first. Other say it's a placeholder and it's actualy UI Vegeta colored blue and thhey will recolor his hair and eyes when he gets UI and that's why he has UI eyes...I see that as more as a possibility.
If that tunrs out to be a new form, well I think it's kinda dissapointing as it's just SSB with different eyes so personally I hope not, but we'll see.
Then again, I was dissapointed with UI Goku too until I actually saw it in the special (before I had just seen him in promo images) and now I think it looks very cool.

His hair is darker blue as well. I hope it's his new form and not a place holder. I think it looks cooler than ultra instinct. But both have the same eyes, Vegeta just has dark blue hair rather than the lighter blue from before. Either way he's getting a new form, don't see it being called SSB but maybe i'm wrong.

It might be SSB2 + Show Spoiler +but I heard reports that at the end of the next episode Goku achieves SSB2 not Vegeta

The preview at the end of the episode says Vegeta is the one that surpasses SSJ Blue, so it'd be really weird if it was Goku. He already has, anyway, with Ultra Instinct. It looks like this is how they differentiate Vegeta from Goku though, which is good. It's kinda boring if he just always lags 1 step behind Goku forever. Give him something special of his own, I say.

Not only that, but also if his base SSB form officially surpasses Goku, then every new antagonist requires teamwork, and Vegeta has no excuse for jobbing anymore. Then I guess Gohan gets that mantle next.

Yeah. I wasn't originally, but after watching footage I am excited to play it. I'll be playing on PC though. Going to suck so much, never been a big fighting game fan.

Definitely, I'll play anyone. Going to play the open beta this weekend on my xbox one, but I think I am going to buy a dualshock controller for the PC. Don't think I could play a fighting game well on mouse/keyboard.

Yea I don't think anyone plays with KB/M (or at least they don't play well). PS4 Dualshock controllers and Fight Sticks (whatever brand/version you like) are fairly common. Xbox 360 controllers are apparently super bad (something about the dpad sucking).
I pre-ordered the game on PS4, although I might end up getting it on steam as well. My PS4 pre-order was a Christmas gift from my brother, so I don't mind paying for the game on steam as well.

Feel like this d-pad issue is beyond my skill cap but I'm torn on which version I want.

I'm gonna be going with PC, cause I want to play a DBZ game, but I generally don't do fighting games. Is mouse/Keyboard adequate in any way, or heavily discouraged?

Depends on the game.
You most likely won't become a tournament player on the keyboard but you can easily play at a decent level.

My favorite DBZ game remains Budokai Tenkaichi 3; from what I hear FZ seems like it’s being described as a refinement on that. So I’m certainly at the least interested in the idea. But I’ll wait; I don’t have much time for gaming and I’ll wait for reviews to see if it lives up to expectations. I heard good things before, though.

goku was kaioken x 10 and couldn't even scratch jiren, but vegeta blue can gut punch him and gut kick him in blue and knock him down with a final flash using enraged blue.... UGH. i seriously wish jiren would just crush goku + vegeta, win, and then wish all the universes back. they really fucked the power levels up

I still think Jiren is weaker than his first fight. I really think his meditation is key.

I remain unconvinced by the meditation theory, so far there's nothing to suggest either way. I mean, I know it's DBS and the writing is generally unreliable, but this is a 48-minute encounter. If his power were so sketchy that he has to stop after using it for 2 minutes and charge it back up, I doubt we'd see Belmod acting so confident in him. That said, he definitely was holding back in this fight, taking Vegeta's remarks as canon. Looking back to his fight with UI Goku, which didn't leave so much as a mark on him, there's a clear discrepancy.
