Also, from where do people draw that 'Krillin is the strongest human' phrase? I mean, Tien outclassed him since he appeared, he was actually able to at least stop cell from some time. And managed to!avoid not being killed by Buu genocide strike, unlike krillin that died for a general chocolate maker. His attack actually caused a reaction in buu while cell didn't even bother with krillin rage punching him. And Tien actually trained with Kaio. Which means he trained in consta 10x gravity for at least a year. And he might know kaioken, after all during frieza arc the dead know of KK existence and kaio mentions Goku usage of it without showing a aura! I would be surprised if the likes of Tien and Piccollo were actually using KK, after all Piccollo was able to fight frieza transformation after some months of training and a fusion, when before those months even nappa was stronger than him.

http://comicbook.com/anime/2017/03/16/dragon-ball-creator-least-favorite-character-vegeta/ Apparently Toriyama said he doesn't like him but he was useful to have around. The article is recent but it mentions the quote is from "years ago" so maybe he has changed his mind since then

If you want to see a full image of it watch the new end credits and it shows him right next to UI Goku. I imagine Goku will still be stronger/better in UI, but would be awesome if they were equal.

My impression is that UI is better for brawling whereas Vegeta's new form would crush UI in a beam struggle.SSB2(?) Final Flash would push back a UI Kamehemeha.

Also the animation and the direction were amazing and I especially loved that they showed bits of every fights and probably for the first time it actually looked like a real team tournament with every fight being meaningful. It really make me which they did a team tournament instead of doing a battle royal, it way easier to make it feel like team matters. Also I wonder if Jiren lack of technique is gonna be a brought up latter, at first Hit saw through his counter pretty quick and now Vegeta to, probably not but still it would be cool. Edit: also, and I am 90% sure I am thinking to much about this, I wonder after this episode and the one priors if Jiren thing isn't that he literally is always stronger then the one he fight, and by that I mean his power is proportionnal to his adversery. Vegeta states that he his weaker then when he was fighting UI Goku, and the U11 gods keep repeating that Jiren just can't be beaten, so maybe they mean he literally can never be overpower, he just adjust to the other power. It would also give me an explecation of him getting out of Hit time prison by adapting to the time skip power, and not just "his power his so great it transcend time" which is one of the stupidest line in all of DB.
