Goku and Vegeta is the only fusion that would make sense, especially since Fusion Dance fusion requires the fusees to be essentially counterparts of each other. But history suggests that it won't happen, that instead we'll just see Goku finish things off again.

UI + fusion of Goku and Vegeta seems like it would be overkill even for someone like Jiren.

As I mentioned more than once, I want to see Jiren be defeated by a straight up gangbang. Yes, it's sort of outside of DB style to have 2v1 or anything like that, but what's the point of a battle royale unless you have teaming? And plus it gives a chance to beat the fucker without an unrealistic power up.

This could be the best fight ever made if it happened. I imagine something similar to Broly, with a lot more finesse and teamwork. Bonus points if it ends up being a joint gangbang with U6/U7 saiyans. The only issue is, I am not sure they could make a convincing case for anyone other than Goku/Vegeta/Freeza actually doing damage to Jiren. Kale is the only one who you could imagine being able to punch Jiren or hold Jiren down or something, but he 1-shotted her...

That being said, some sorta marvel vs capcom resembling combo chain would make me lose my mind. I think I'd punch my TV in excitement. I just think they'll have to do some serious retcon in order to make any sort of team effort feel reasonable.

Let's not forget that 17 or Gohan could take out Toppo and/or Dyspo. So you could also think up a very silly scenario where only Jiren is left for U11. Goku throws himself in front of Vegeta/Freeza to protect him from Jiren until time's up. Given numbers, this would actually play out as a reverse gangbang.

In all seriousness I can't see U6 erased, so expecting big tropes to keep those guys alive somehow.

Fantastic episode this time. Sad that Hit ended up losing though, he was that cool imo. Put up such a great fight but it's obvious that only Goku will end up defeating him (or maybe with Vegeta's help, who knows). Would say the most disappointing part of the tourney was that Gohan did freaking squat. So much for him reviving his fighting spirit. Mystic Gohan was this respectable power level that was only reached by Gohan and yet, he can't take care of some fodder smh.

@mohdoo Keep in mind that Kale went berserk too while if she can control herself, she'll have a much better chance against him.

I love this and it makes by far the most sense. If Goku can just get to a level where Jiren can't safely ignore him for a long period of time, U7 can win by points rather than elimination. At the very, very least, Freeza and Vegeta should make it to the end, assuming we don't get introduced to anyone stronger than them. Which I do actually think will happen. I am still expecting a big twist somehow.

Freeza and Vegeta being forced to admit they aren't strong enough and need to team up would be fun to watch. Or as above going for win by numbers and turning it into some kind of survival match against the time.

That would be such a fucking tease. They start this awesome fight where Goku approaches GoD levels to fight someone who's already GoD level, only to give us blueballs and give U7 the win because Jiren derped.

They are gonna milk the hell out of the goku new form. Its said to be ever evolving so probably by the next fight goku would somehow gain an adventure with all the energy he got from others

That could happen. All they need to do is eliminate Toppo and Dyspo and have at least 2 fighters survive. Nobody needs to bother Jiren. Just sing lullabies.

Unrelated to Jiren, I hope someone gets enough power to smash an opponent through entire arena floor that they fall off the bottom. Knocked out of the arena by getting sent through the arena lol.

I don't think Jiren took a nap for no reason. I think one of the hidden details of Jiren is that he needs to meditate for long periods of time to recover his strength and that it diminishes quickly after that.
