Notable contributions to Raditz, Frieza and Cell. Kinda fell off when he immediately got statue'd in the Buu saga, though. But they threw the dude in the fucking tournament, so at least throw him a bone. All he's done is have his arms blown up defending Gohan. | ||

While I want more information on UI, I need a better name. And of course an episode of filler explaining who amongst the GoDs has achieved it or came close. Beerus can use it even though he hasn't mastered it (evidenced in the manga), but who else? The rat GoD doesn't look as bothered by it and the non-participating GoDs aren't too worried either. | ||
