Namekians: used to be, all of the ones on Namek died except for Grand Elder Guru, who gave birth to the rest. Piccolo and Kami were descendant from the Nameless Namekian who was left on Earth by his parents who never came back and almost certainly died. Freezer race people: who the fuck knows? | ||

There is perhaps also an argument to be made that an effective GoD allows for weaker civilizations to exist without any big concern. If a normal GoD would limit Freeza, preventing him from being a tyrant, I wonder if Goku and Vegeta would have ever needed to become as powerful as they are. | ||

Freeza and Cold are probably exceptional, but then so are Piccolo, Goku, and Vegeta. We semi-have Chilled as well. They are all warriors from species of far above average battle ability. | ||
