Beerus also said in chapter 26 that he can't destroy an immortal being (the implication was that he could however easily seal said being)

We won't know until it's been attempted. He was left in a universe that didn't exist, so it seems plausible that he exists outside of time and space. He's just a being. He's not omniscient or omnipotent. He just exists.

Also, I have never seen the original Zen-Oh without his guards. He goes everywhere with them. Why did he show up without them in the future?

Which is part of what makes me think that his guards are more so for respect purposes than protection. It could also be that so long as his guards are alive, so is he. Similar to the Kaioshin/Beerus dynamic.

I think you guys are reading too much into this whole thing. I think zeno is supposed to be 'the' guy that will never be approached in terms of power. I mean, sure, dragon ball has constantly added higher leveled beings since the Kai days but I can't see more being added in before making it seem extremely excessive. The whole "I can't see" was probably just something said to signify that the fighters were moving very fast. Doubt it had anything to do with zeno being assassintable.

Kinda wish Goku wouldn't have saved him there lul. Also side note of "Obviously Goku is playing around" shot of where he was "struggling" all tied up vs that one guy but then instantly broke it when he needed to rush to roshi.

Yeah, from the preview and the small text they had released about what this episo was going to be about I thought it would be a shitty filler episode, but I think it's actually one of my favorites of this tournament. Really enjoyable.

I can't say I agree with the "DBS/Tournament sucks but..." attitude. I'm enjoying a solid 70-80% of all of it so far. And yeah, this episode was pretty cool.

I still think U4 is headed for the chopping block very shortly.

I actually had that lump in my throat for a couple minutes. I honestly thought Roshi was gonna die there and that's how epic he was gonna go out. I would've been totally fine with it too, he did awesome.

I think goku being in ssj2 and unwilling to go blue until roshi is dead ruined the sadness it was going for...
The ideas that they have for some of the characters is great but in this setting for universe erasing tournment just doesnt fit. Like the girl who decided to just jump off at the sign of a stronger foe....how did she even make the selection. Did she really believe roshi was going to rape her....wtf
