Just caught up. Someone needs to explain to me how Isayama consistently knocks it out of the park with literally every chapter. Ever since the timeskip this manga has been 10/10.

But anyways, what is it with the wine? Is it that the alcohol delays the stunning effects of the spinal fluid? Or maybe it's about the concentration of fluid?

The stunning effect was a lie, so no one would suspect that they have been given spinal fluid. Most likely, once you have taken in the spinal fluid, you become a titan only when Zeke chooses to trigger the transformation.

This show still keeps amazing me.
Somehow he is able to switch up the story time and time again without getting predictable, very similar to Oda, yet completely different in style

The second page with Yelena is so beautiful/epic.

She accepted that she is powerless in the face of her "gods" Eren and Zeke.
As she is much more a thinker, than a fighter, similar to Armin.
All she can do is lay her complete trust within them.

Back in chapter 117, she tried to stop Eren from attacking and after noticing he wouldn't retreat, ordered all soldiers to protect Eren. After that (when Eren seems to be losing), she simply tells Eren that he is different from others.

Meant mainly why she was staring Armin down and then lets him go. During that time Eren and Zeke were arguably winning, so I don't see why she'd let them go if she didn't trust them. Nor why she'd reconsider within seconds.
Like you say, she's a planner, she's crazy, but didn't appear to be moody so far. It was a cool pic, but I don't really understand it.

Also Armin and Mikasa would theoretically be major threats to Eren and Zeke if they chose to fight them.

Looks like we've reached the end, boys. Maybe another chapter or two of P A T H S and some history/backstory and then an epilogue, but it's over.

How is it anything but? The main character is one second from dying. This is the final battle of wills between Eren and Zeke. Here they will determine what they do with the coordinate. After that is settled, where would the manga even go? The protagonist is basically dead, the final battle with all the main characters already happened, and all the mysteries are about to be revealed. A few more chapters and that's it.

Also, you don't know what the ending is yet. Hold off judgement before you see it. I think it's gonna be some amazing time travel fuckery that will blow everyone's mind.

Well its pretty much guaranteed that he wont die, precedent has been set. There are some amazing theories on what the ending will be.

Eren will free Ymir, who will be reborn as Historias baby, incidentally Historia will be naming her Ymir after her friend Ymir. (The woman holding a baby in the opening of s2 etc is Historia + Ymir). Since the girl is the one creating the titans that means no more Eldians will ever be able to turn into titans, which means the world has no reason to treat them like devils anymore. The author spoiled that the final panel will be a + Show Spoiler +

man holding a baby saying "You're free". This could be either Eren holding Ymir or Armin holding Ymir, since he is the narrator of the story and Eren could maybe be dead at that point after all. Or maybe its two unrelated people. Regardless, its heavily implied that the free means free from the Eldian curse of turning into titans.

That just leaves open what happens with the coordinate + the wall titans. Really hard to tell which direction it will go. I think together with the oriental clan as allies, paradis will hold its own and grow to a country with strong conventional military. The titans have to be abolished at some point if they want to truly be treated like normal.

Anyway it will end either on chapter 126 or 130 due to volume releases. More likely 130. It cant go any longer because then the anime doesnt have enough time to be created.

That was a pretty sick plot twist. Not sure who the good guy is anymore, I get that the pressure Eren is under is immense, but boy he's become cold.

Noteworthy that the royal family and Zeke are in white while Eren and his father are mostly in black. Also + Show Spoiler +

time travel paradoxons because the current timeline influences the past timeline but wouldnt have existed if not for the past one. Unless Grisha would have eaten them anyways Eren never gets to the coordinate and therefore can't show it to Grisha. And Eren seeing memories of his father seeing memories of future Eren is some Inception meta level.

And strong possibility that Zeke is unaffected by the king's curse because his wishes are in line with the king's.
