I forget since I haven't re-read the manga in a while but I believe that his father was directly involved with the wall cult or something like that so he is connected with the titans somehow. | ||

Feels like shitty writing to me like the author doesn't want to kill the character nor have her reveal information to advance the plot so he just puts Annie inside an indestructible crystal until he wants to bring her back. | ||

Basically after Eren's mum got killed by the Titan they took her remains and made her into the female Titan. Pretty shoddy writing if you ask me but you'll get the reasoning behind it in the later episodes because they do manage to explain it in a rational way. I guess the main thing you have to keep asking yourself is - why do the Titans eat the humans when they don't need to? And there you'll have your answer. | ||

And of course titans will break that shit down over time, but that is exactly that. Time. You give your population more time to escape to safety by making them able to take escape ways through which titans can't follow without making a huge hole. | ||

You're viewing this as a reader in the third person. Obviously if he went with them the plot would advance a lot faster, but to seriously expect him to just blindly take their word right after they admit they've been infiltrating traitors this entire time is just silly. I'm pretty pleased that Eren gave them a hard time before they were finally able to drag his ass out of the city, kicking and screaming that he'll kill them both. and keeps letting his hot ass sister save his ass all the time when she could be happily married and having hot, steamy sex daily with a real man if not for him needing her to baby him all the time. lol. that's just not who misaka is as a person. she's not a piece of meat you know??? -_- | ||

I thought no one had seen a single Titan in about 100 years, at the start of Shingeki. And if that was the case, I'm pretty sure some priests or governments would have covered the fact it happened. Something like "Well we haven't seen a titan in 50 years but just in case, we'll build some paths to trap them, however don't worry, it will never happens." is out of the question for me. People wanted to forget about the mankind genocide, and being able to build a normal looking town is one way to do it - especially when the only way at that time to prevent Titans from attacking was the wall. No 3D gear, at least. | ||
