Also, we haven't seen him replicate Urek Mazino's moves and I have the feeling that he won't be able to. Despite his natural ability to emulate shinsoo and its flow, the things Baam can do with shinsoo is still bound by a contract with the Guardians while Urek Mazino's power with Shinsoo has no contract. I also doubt Baam will be able to copy Enryu's life-forming Shinsoo abilities as well. Lol, nope. In his fight against Urek, he copies Urek's signature move. Yes, Baam has Urek's signature shinsoo move. But SIU said that he would never use it unless it became incredibly necessary, because the name of the attack is so embarrassing. After their fight, Urek finds out he has a sliced cheek wound given to him by Bam through copying his move, and he's suddenly, Oooooh, I wanna fight this kid again.

Okay sorry to say but ToG is being very boring right now. I've been reading it every week for one year and a half right now and since it came back from the hiatus, it's just been mostly crap. Before, nearly every single week had something amazing or interesting happening, not just blehblehbleh all over the place. The new characters introduced haven't made me give a shit about them while the first characters did very early on. Characters' actions make no sense, like why would they be picking a fight unnecessarily like this? Ran had plenty of promise but currently he's super shallow. Even if he'll get developed eventually, it's too slow in comparison to how it was earlier in the series.
ToG used to be my #1 by a mile, now it's falling fast. Looking like we'll spend a few more chapters on this silly unnecessary fight. Maybe they'll finally get off the elevator by christmas, eh?

He doesn't copy Urek's signature move. The fight between the two happens on Chapter 113. Not only do the skills they use look different, but Siu adds different captions for each of their final blow - their only blow with each other to be exact. Baam's caption is 화접, short for 화접공파술, which is the attack taught to FUG members. Urek's caption is 패왕열사권. They have two completely different attacks. Also the cheek wound Urek got is from the 화접공파술. If he was hit by own his attack, he would say something about it. Instead his only comment was that one of surprise that Baam decided to attack Urek at the same time he was defending the girl.

He copies it there but he never uses it. The attack he used on Urek was indeed the FUG thing (which makes sense because he hadn't copied Mazino's thing yet)
edit: i dunno where it is on the webtoons, i definitely remember reading it when it was being translated on batoto and the tog wiki corroborates this http://towerofgod.wikia.com/wiki/Twenty-Fifth_Bam/Abilities_and_Powers
From Urek Mazino
Emperor's Scorching Fist of Death (Usurper's Inferno): Shinsoo is gathered entirely into the fist and released in a giant explosion. This is a very high risk technique as the user is left vulnerable. Though Urek is the one who (indirectly) taught Viole the technique, this technique is also First Emperor's signature technique. Viole never uses this technique because its name is embarrassing.

Also from that Wiki page:
SIU has stated that whilst Viole's abilities are great they are not necessarily unmatched. For example, during his battle against Love he could copy his techniques, but could not perform them to the same skill or intensity as he is still fairly inexperienced
So... he basically can do a crappy imitation of 패왕열사권 then?

For starters he doesn't have enough "oomph" to have the same power behind the attack
|
yes, he copies the feel of the shinsoo and so he can do the attack it's just weak because he hasn't practiced it. it's like his FUG attack, when he learned that at first he could barely make a dent in the training golem. But he practiced a lot and became proficient at it.
|
Well that's pretty much the only realistic way to keep "copy ninjas" balanced (other than artificially limiting uses or something like that) otherwise Baam could just observe all the heavy hitters in the tower and wreck everyone with their techniques.

By meaning of teammates that you can abandon I think yeah Baam's plan is to do that on his current teammates (the new ones) then he will get close to them and will decide not too. Kinda predictable but SIU pls make me wrong! :D

I liked this chapter, way better than last week's. Hope SIU get things back on track

Still not good.

this week's chapter gave me some sick chills.

That tongue girl makes me...

So is the guy who saved mini Koon the "grandpa"? Where does Rachel find all these psychos?

Is it me or does everyone have the same exact powers? Everybody does energy blasts. Doesn't matter who they are, it's Kamehamehas all the way down. Also all the environments look the same. They're constantly either in colorless hallways or outside. Come on SIU, get on it dude.
