While I was waiting in front of the surgery room, my heart was beating heavily and was extremely nervous and scared, so I tried to think of this show, and as adorkable and cute the other ponies are, in the end what calmed me down and even made me smile a bit was imagining AJ saying stuff like "Hey don't ya worry sugarcube, everything will be fine". Then went in, they were surprised by how calm I was by then. Then it turned out that the dosage of the local anesthetize I had received wasn't enough, but they decided to go through with the surgery like that anyway..... It was so EXTREMELY painful oh my god, but was trying to think of the show in general and of AJ to get distracted a bit and could survive through it somehow, but it was the worst time of my life. Anyway I felt like crying afterwards (although had to hold back my tears so they wouldn't make my right eye hurt even more) not because of the pain but because of how much this show means to me. ;_; It's a lot more powerful than even most bronies would realise. Also needless to say AJ went up on my list from 4th place to best pony. Sadly I won't be able to attend the mare-a-thon like this due to keeping even my left eye open means my right one hurts due to the way eye muscle reflexes work. In fact I probably shouldn't have even typed this right now but wanted to let my friends know everything's okay despite the excruciating pain that is still present since the surgery (painkillers barely helped =/). Anyway I hope you all will have a lot of fun during the mare-a-thon. See you guys in a few days hopefully. | ||
