Indeed, for anyone willing to help, and who's got time I'd be very grateful if you'd help. So I finished my first fic, and I'd like to try submitting it to EQD. Now, English isn't my first language, and I've been struggling bad. So for anyone who wouldn't mind reading it and point out mistakes or just give their opinion would be awesome. It's like phrasing, grammar and making speech sound natural I find is really hard. It's called Whooves M.D. and it is [Normal][Crossover] and is about Ditzy Doo being admitted to the Ponyville Clinic. It's much like an episode of House (bet you didn't expect that with a name like whooves MD) I was thinking of using this image, but I'm thinking of perhaps drawing Whooves and Twilight in there too. + Show Spoiler + I cried manly tears for 20 minutes. Spoiler containing potentially spoilish material for those who actually plan to do this + Show Spoiler + It started off kinda sad, not very. When the plot got all adventurey, I stopped expecting it to be sad. But, when I got to the last chapter, it hit like a truck. One line, and I was crying. Then I listened to the song again, and cried the whole way through. It basically places the song in the context of it being Pinkie's final departing wish; she just wants to see her friends smile one last time. | ||

RD's reaction to the pony pet playdate was perfectly in character, and fluttershy's reaction to rd wanting a pet made me grin. OMGOMGOMGOMGOMG SONG!!!! I personally loved the song, but that may be because I have a weakness for musicals in the first place. Anyway it was actually really well done. However the moment we saw the tortoise, it became rather obvious what was going to end up happening, although I was curious as to how they would execute it. The competitions were well animated and entertaining, the bat was obviously the best choice, I have no idea why rd couldn't just see that :-P Anyway, the monster things were pretty interesting, and I like how they show us a new location. I like how they pulled off the turtle saving rd however, and the ending was nice, in particular fluttershy saying "can we sing about it again?" or something to that effect. Also flying turtle! I liked this episode quite a bit, it was fun, enjoyable, and well paced. ^_^ Also, Otters and seals do not fly! EDIT: Took the pony quiz. I need to find a camera to use so I can post pics of my brand new SUPER AWESOME SP buddies shirt. I wuvs it so much. Okay, so today has been amazing and I am in an incredibly good mood. -I got to wear my pony shirt to school for the first time today, and I got multiple compliments on my appearance, more than a few of which were directed at my shirt. I was also able to tell a few people I know about ponies when they asked what the heck was on my shirt... I'm hoping that they'll be eventual conversions. -One of my friends who was really resisting pony conversion just because he doesn't want to be my next "victim" admitted that all of my cool pony music was pushing him towards watching the show, and admitted that he'd like me to put them on his iPod. This will be my 3rd conversion using almost nothing but music. -I now have a CD with some of my favorite pony songs in my car, so I can listen to them EVERYWHERE -I have like 20 songs to listen to on EqD to catch up - hoping for a few more to add to my collection. -The happiness of the best weekend ever is still in full effect. Will it ever wear off? I hope not. Writing all that makes me realize just how much I love ponysongs.
