No, this is not a joke/trolling thread. We don't need more filler posts asking if it is. Remember to spoiler season 6 content, and clearly label your spoilers.

They should do an experiment with preorders for a Blu-ray, on an online store. 22 episodes just copy-pasted on to the disc, and say that it won't be produced at all unless they get 10,000 preorders or something. Practically risk free, they risk maybe $1000 in man-hours for a web preorder interface but they could get $300,000 within a day. Then we couldn't complain, because if we can't scrape together 10,000 preorders for a Bluray we don't deserve their attention.

http://www.equestriadaily.com/2011/11/story-haunting-nightmare.html This time, it revolves around Nightmare Night. The theme? Grimdark I'm afraid of reading it. I don't read Grimdark, ever, but it IS Pen Stroke. If anyone wants to give it a shot ![]() I don't expect f*ked up gore BS like Cupcakes, but it should be quite a horrific story; ESPECIALLY when the only tag is Grimdark.

It's frustrating to see a company missing such an obvious opportunity. Hasbro is one of the largest toy manufacturers in the US, if not the world. I think they are quite capable of producing these items. I get the distinct feeling that Hasbro doesn't really know what to do. As GaryOak said, I'm sure they don't want to start mass production and then have the fad die out. From concept to design to manufacture, there is A LOT of money that has to be put in up front before production can even begin. And even then you are looking at probably at least a year before you can bring product to the market. Hasbro might just look at it as too much risk. Then again, they are risking having lines of unlicensed products coming out as well. Personally, I would pay $30 or more for a detailed pose-able RBD action figure...

I find it sorta surprising that Hasbro doesn't do more to cater to collectors/adult fans, especially nowadays when I have to think the toy industry is doing poorly.
