No, this is not a joke/trolling thread. We don't need more filler posts asking if it is.
Remember to spoiler season 6 content, and clearly label your spoilers. |

Good thing I wasn't hired as Celestia's guard (not that I have wings or anything else useful for that purpose), because I would NOT be able to contain myself if I was approached by RD! /)^3^(\

Welp, the best possible Skyrim/MLP comic has been made.
|
Man, I had all this internet saved up, but it looks like I'll have to give it to the guy who made that comic...though fluttershy would probably be wearing elven...
|
Haha I love that Fluttershy comic, was thinking a similar thing when I first heard the dragon words, Dragon word yay~ would be fun stuff (calm all enemies in Skyrim?)
I read all your Chrono Trigger write up Cane I really got to play that game even though I wont have the benifit of nostalgia It looks to be a blast either way, and the soundtracks lovely.
Welcome to the thread ZeromuS, glad to have new posters here!
Edit: Wow the latest Drawfriend on EqD is amazing, I especially love this one + Show Spoiler +

Hey all!
I'm trying to create a presentation on how children shows are growing more complex (pre-2005 and after-2005), and I wanted to compare MLP:FiM to older generation MLP. However, I don't know ANYTHING about the older generation MLP, so I was wondering if you guys have any knowledge that would help me with this project. Thanks!
EDIT: Have the themes changed between the original MLP and FiM?

Yep, I was about to suggest that. Watch CR's retrospective.

Watch "Episode 57: My Little Pony Retrospective Part 1" and "Episode 58: My Little Pony Retrospective - G4". It gives a fantastic overview of the whole show, and CR really knows his stuff. Actually, I recommend the videos to everyone who has time to watch, so if you haven't already... get moving!

According to facebook, MLP:FiM episodes from season one are now on Itunes for 2.99 each. There's a good way to support MLP, since the season 1 DVD seems to not be happening as of now =D
|
That's a rather ludicrous price. 26 22-minute episodes for 78 dollars? For comparison, you can buy a season of 24 (containing 24 48-minute epsiodes) for under 40 dollars.
|
I'm thinking it's mostly for supporting the show anyways, since other than that buying toys is the only way to go. The target audience of the iTunes releases have probably seen all episodes on youtube already, but yeah it could be lower for sure.

I don't understand why Hasbro hasn't started producing some quality plushies. It's a gold mine, they would sell sooooo many. It's just strange because MLP was intended to be a merchandise based show.

If it were up to me, Hasbro would be already buying up high quality fan-made products complete with the know-how to mass produce them. It's frustrating to see a company missing such an obvious opportunity.

Hasbro really are quite puzzling, aren't they.
