Arya's initiation to the HOBAW is dumb, like, cant really fathom how they thought this shit is better than the book version, in cost and in airtime wouldnt have taken up more, so it s really just a shit change.

The whole Littlefinger storyline screams plotholes and contradictions. They kinda went back on the IronBank line as well, last season they already lost their support, and now the Bank is still intiating dealings with the Lannisters.
Sandsnakes are kinda underwhelming so far, considering they have to make up for Arianne's absence. Torturing and killing a person who came to you with information? Why exactly? Cuz he asked for money?
Brienne's saga makes no sense whatsoever.
Danny's justice delivery. Really dumb shit just to stir up problems.

Prince Doran - well cast. Kevan as well, though he s the same actor they used so far, i think, just that now he has conversation lines.

You actually see closeup the the fatal blow is prevented, imo that scene would not make sense if he dies from the other wounds. At least not immediatly. And you for sure did not see him die.

Honestly I don't know what they are going to do about the whole Meereenese act.
So far they haven't introduced any of the characters like Quentyn Martell, Aegon Targaeryen or Victarion Greyjoy.
For Ser Barristan, I had the feeling that he was fatally wounded. Would be kind of weird to bring him back after that big battle. I could be wrong.

But I agree that the wound is probably quite harsh, I just wanted to say that he is for me not dead yet. Imo seeing that Grey Worm rescues him from that throat slit indicates that he is still alive at the end of that episode.

There are a LOT of changes. We are really starting to be in the dark, about as much as show watchers here. I don't think Barristan died, but he's definitely wounded and out of commission. Possibly the same for Grey Worm as well. I truly don't think Barristan is dead though. I have to say, when I saw the fight go down and they showed Barristan headed toward the scene, I was like "hmm... will they actually show him fighting?"

I couldn't really tell if it was a stuntman or the actor doing it, but his fighting seemed pretty sloppy. In the books, Barristan is supposed to have killed five men in King's Landing when they sent the goldcloaks after him. It's not disappointing though, realistically, Barristan fighting was never going to live up to the books. Grey Worm is a badass though!

The entire arc about Littlefinger/Sansa/Ramsay completely took me by surprise. I was not expecting it at all, and I don't know how to feel about it to be quite honest. On some points, it makes sense, but in the larger sense, it really doesn't. Littlefinger wouldn't go anywhere near the Boltons, they're far too dangerous and unpredictable. Especially Ramsay. I'm interested to see where it goes. They're seriously setting it up as Sansa being thrown in a pit of snakes, and charming her way out of it somehow. It certainly gave me the impression that they want the viewer to think Sansa is going to outsmart them all. If that happens, I'll be pretty disappointed, because Sansa would never, ever outmaneuver Roose. Not in a million years. Something tells me Reek/Theon has a part to play in that.

ALSO WHAT THE HELL!!!! HOW COULD THEY CUT OUT "Edd, fetch me a block"???!!! COME ON, GUYS! FIRST NO "Only Cat", AND THEN NO THAT EITHER? AAAARRRRGHH!!! /rantover
