The creator of High Valyrian as used in the TV series, David Peterson, actually translated this exact sentence on twitter. It is supposed to be: "Kēlir morghulis" Chicken on the other hand is not on the Tongues of Ice and Fire Wiki High Valyrian Vocabulary so I don't suppose there has been an official translation of chicken into High Valyrian. You could say "Honter morghulis" though which would be the broader statement "All birds must die". EDIT: Corrected grammar of second High Valyrian sentence. I mistakenly wrote the translation of "Birds must die" | ||

Ned and especially Oberyn are there to spur others into action after their deaths and cause actions that otherwise wouldn't occur. Tywin wouldn't be dead if Oberyn had won (or at least not killed by Tyrion) and the whole northern rebellion might not have happened if Ned had been pardonned and sent to the Wall... And some characters such as Joffrey just had to die | ||
