- Ah I would have liked a bit more of Dontos setting up a possible escape clause. - All of Daario's scenes were pretty meh. A shame. - Wow they're going to really have to drag Jon and the wall out a fair bit. - Figure they'll "kill" the hound in the middle of the season. Arya goes on a solo journey after that basically anyway and doesn't really run past important characters as far as I can remember. They can be pretty flexible with her. - I wonder how purple the wedding will be next week? I'd be shocked if they don't end on it, but it feels like they want to squeeze a touch more world building into it all before then. - Jamie's scenes were great. Honestly, Jamie, Oberon and Arya were the stand out scenes in this episode. - Also, Diana Rigg is great. The more of her the better. I hope they keep her around for as long as they can.

The way things ended in the book with the hound was quite unsatisfying. why? i know of deaths that were less satisfying. His death was quite nice, for an evil character. Also his name kinda lived on in the books if i remember correctly because someone stole his helmet and was raiding villages under his name and stuff like that. Hes a Ronin basically, he does not fulfill any purpose anymore. His last quest was just to help arya and then its over for him. It really doesnt matter for the sake of the story if hes really dead or someone else is raiding in his name.

There is no decisive evidence that Sandor is dead, the more popular theory is that he's alive at the monastery, he could even be the novice digging the graves when Brienne comes there. Theory based on the wording of the septon's information about the Hound dying, I'm sure you can find it online if you look for it.

Too bad there was no connection of Jaime to Arthur/previous Kingsguard, or a lashing at the current state of the Kingsguards compared to when he first joined. Really liked that one in the books. And WTF the Hound becomes a monk??? BRB
