I don't remember him doing any of his "japes" in such a fashion as to sacrifice his own soldiers. God Melisandre is so gravity defyingly hot. Daenerys blows her out of the water ;p And is it just me or does Ramsay seem a lot more handsome than you imagined? No homo xD

Anyway, I enjoyed the scene with the small council, Jaime losing his hand etc...

Also didn't like how they made Edmure look like an incapable fool. I guess it's for the audience so they can label people easier but I really hate unjust character bashing. Loved Daenarys in this episode with the exception of Jorah's quote which felt forced and out of place. Loved Tyrion's scenes and the escapades of young Poddrick. Had good laugh at copious details. Dafuq with Ramsey killing his own men. That's definitely going to far and they were not hired thugs because they were uniformed. I thought the escape was going to be a replacement for Kyra with the Keys but it's starting to look like they're going to change up the storyline because they don't want to have him offscreen untill AFFC or show 10 torture scenes. Wouldn't be surprised if the final reveal drags out a couple of episodes while they sneak around in the forest..

There weren't really any bad scenes this ep. Even Stannis+Mel wasn't that bad, Mel made up for Stannis' odd behaviour. And the ending, my god the ending. The goat wants me to piss my breeches and beg his mercy, but he’ll never have that pleasure. He was a Lannister of Casterly Rock, Lord Commander of the Kingsguard; no sellsword would make him scream. Sunlight ran silver along the edge of the arakh as it came shivering down, almost too fast to see. And Jaime screamed. Huge props for Nikolaj for that scene. It sent shivers down my spine. And the Ramsay/Theon thing is a throwback to the books I think. Remember what Ramsay did with the first Reek? Dracarys next ep I think? Ep 5 is called Kissed by fire which would be more appropriate, but I don't know if they can stretch it that long.

Kissed by fire reminds me more of Hound duel vs leader of Brotherhood(forgot the name :D) and then Thoros bringing him back to life. And then probably Red Woman using Stannis's daughter blood for her magic (I think she will be used for that role instead of Edric Storm).

Probaly because introducing the bloody mummers would have taken too much space. Already too man characters right now. I think he has some characteristics of Hoat. Like he has a very goat like goatee and he actually has a lisp. Or have I been hearing things?

But do the show watchers care enough for Robb? They love Tyrion, they love Danny, but the young wolf seems like a secondary character...

They can't change the plot THAT much using Shireen, it'll probably be Gendry On April 15 2013 20:46 risk.nuke wrote: I didn't like how they're slandering Jamies swordsmanskills. Maybe it was ment as banter from Brienne but they didn't make it come of that way. He was the best and I don't understand why they are undermining that as they cut of his hand. Edmure IS useless, they're doing him justice because overall he just sucks

Kissed by Fire surely refers to Jon and Ygritte and their little foray down into that cave to bone each other's brains out.

When I was reading the book 'the young wolf' seemed like the only person who could lead to a positive ending. Things were really going bad for him, when suddenly a chance to reestablish alliance with Freys appeared. Out of 'nothing good can happen' suddenly a light of hope appeared. While Ned's death was a shocker, it was more like an opening to the entire series. RW was even stronger, as it definitely meant there can be no happily ever after. But do the show watchers care enough for Robb? They love Tyrion, they love Danny, but the young wolf seems like a secondary character... Huh I never cared that much for him, and it seemed like they were in a shitty position anyway. And his mother was always annoying, so I cared even less about her. For me the death of Ygritte was the real sad one.
