Discussing the show and past episodes is fine. Do not put things that have happened in the TV series in spoilers. However, don't spoil things from the books that may happen in future episodes. Put book spoilers in spoiler tags with a CLEAR WARNING that it is from the book.

DO IT DAD DO IT!! Its fucked up to be enjoying an excution that much. Do not give this kid a gun, he's unstable mentally and probably not that bright either I think it's just bad acting from the kid. That boy is super annoying. I read some of the comics, and realized it would just completely spoil the show if I kept reading, so I kind of backed off, plus season two was starting... anyway, I'm rambling. I think Shane getting popped off was obvious regardless of reading the comics. In any show when a character starts to create that much conflict, and continues to do background things that fuck with chemistry, you can pretty much guarantee that he's going to be removed soon. And no doubt that conversation with Lori was a catalyst for everything going down. And the setup was pretty obvious too: the Randall thing. It's very interesting how people that are dying "naturally" (not by zombies) are becoming zombies. I'm interested to see how they explain that. Does anyone find Rick's stance when talking a bit... odd? He's always leaning forward and bobbing while he talks, and gets serious... talking over his shoulder, in a semi-boxing stance. Strange.

Can someone tell me what is said (possibly in spoilers)? Oh and I totally dug this ep. Lori kicking Shane off into the deep end, the George Romero secret gets out into the open, T-Dog gets lines (and we see that he's actually a good character, y u no give more lines?), And of course the major ending that promises a whole lot for the finale. It kinda feels like the finale of a L4D campaign, haha.

Not sure if that's something set in stone yet though. What's been descrbied here is that no, you wouldn't die... to the zombie virus. But you'd still most likely die. Zombies are a walking cesspool of diseases and you'd get one hell of an infection. Mmm yeah. I guess if you had your arm amputated after having it severed by a zombie you would be okay then. Even if you only get scratched by a zombie you're pretty much a (walking)dead man. We've seen it happen in season 1 when Jim was scratched on the chest. In a couple days he had a bad fever and the group was forced to leave him on the side of a road on their way to Atlanta.

I was kind of hoping Shane stuck around as he's one of the more interesting characters, but it was good how they portrayed the build-up to an inevitable confrontation. It was a bit random how the army of zombos turned up out of nowhere. You'd think with all the little recon missions they do they would have come across a herd that large at some stage. Meh. Next week is looking grim for a lot of zombo bait characters. Hershel's random family members who never speak are def gone, but I guess it's down to which main characters will survive. I can see Daryl going down (sadly) being a hero; Hershel will go trying to save his family; and maybe even Glenn trying to save Maggie. Carl and (oops) Rick will definitely survive, but everyone else looks fair game. Naw, we'll lose 1 or 2 main characters at most: - All the farm people will die, short of Maggie. Hershel will die for his family like you said. - Carol will die for sure, she's useless as of now. There's no real chance of her romancing Daryl. I really can't see any more people dying off. I mean, they killed 2 main characters in the last two episodes. Carl, Rick, and Lori are all protected by plot armour. Glen, Daryl and Andrea all have their uses, so they won't be dying off. T-Dog may die off, but....eh, I'm not sure. He's sort of there, but he hasn't really been developed so there's untapped potential for him. I could see it going either way for him. If they have multiple people dying to save others it would lessen the impact of the deaths. Or, the show could be creative and kill off random people, giving us the true sense that no one is safe.
