What are you trying to say is that Southpark seems shitty? Mate I suspect you have a clear case of Assburger`s disease...

I think it mostly has to do with the characters morphing and changing dramatically. Cartman in Season 1-3 was a mean, spoiled and egoistic kid (One we can relate to since we´ve all known someone like him) and was hilarious. Now he´s mostly just there to be a complete asshole (not spoiled, not whiny, not mean, just a fucking asshole) and making popculture-references. Stan has gone from a pretty mean kid (like all of them were) who is basically a representation of "you". (or how we try to picture ourselves as kids at least) Definately not a bad guy but not really a good guy either. Now he´s literally a good guy and once again, we cannot relate. Kyle has had the same thing happen to him pretty much. The only ones of the major characters that have kept their traits are Butters and Kenny, and let´s be honest here, how hard is it to maintain a character that doesnt speak and a character that just shows up a few episodes per season.

the alcohol, Jameson, matrix-thingie switcharoo was awesome... I actually laughed out loud at the meeting + Show Spoiler + where Stan crashed through the window with the machinegun, tumbling around shooting random --> ending up collapsing on the floor puking So more random references to real-life things with a South Park twist pl0xb0x... Not some socio-drama ![]()

The last episode wasnt all that great and even though im gonna run the risk of sounding cynical (lulz) the show has been steadily become more shitty since Season 3. No, this is only stupid rumor , South Park is not over. http://popwatch.ew.com/2011/07/19/south-park-return-date-announced/ The network also likely put the fears of many fans to rest that the show’s creators Trey Parker and Matt Stone were calling it quits after they alluded to a possible end to the series during June’s mid-season finale “You’re Getting Old.” Parker and Stone are signed on through 2013, Comedy Central told EW, which will bring the show to a staggering 17 seasons. So while it seemed like the duo had one foot out the door (and the other one on the Broadway stage with their Tony-winning hit musical Book of Mormon), South Park fans can breathe a sigh of relief, and inhale a few more Cheesy Poofs, for at least another two years.

I certainly didn't think it was a very funny episode, but the meaning behind it was quite deep imo.
