I think the greatest part was the "real life acting" segment of this whole episode haha
I was always hoping Southpark would do something like that and it was totally worth the wait haha

Pretty funny episode, had a couple of good laughs. Surprised to see some of the reactions here. Apparently it's a love it or hate it episode.

Long story short, I thought this episode was pretty damn funny, the live action part wasn't so good but that's kinda the point of it.

I feel the same. I have to admit, they did a spot on parity of those disaster shows. I think that may have even been the narrator from on of the shows. But it was just, eh. Didn't find it very funny at all.

Some of the things this episode really addresses is the whole shipping issue. There's already people who think the Cartman and Kyle relationship is official canon. I probably just see this as the creators taking a jab at the really serious "shippers."

The thought of "Kyman" really gives me the shivers.

Still thought that this episode was a great one and a good way to end for now.

I didn't think this episode was very good at all, I'm surprised other people in here liked it. Like the previous episode, this had a couple of potentially really funny ideas, but then a weak followthrough.

"Cartman thinks black people belong together" and "Cartman pretends to be gay for Kyle" could have led to some great stuff... but instead it was exactly as advertised. Cartman simply puts the black kids together and tells people he and Kyle are together. He doesn't give misguided racist excuses, he doesn't play off of any gay stereotypes... there just aren't any jokes beyond the concept. It just wasn't that funny.

Sometimes I think Trey and Matt are dumb (in spite of their comedic genius) for throwing together shows in a week the way that they do. Look at what happens when they take more time, trying to make the most out of their good ideas and filtering out the ones that just don't work- you get the Book of Mormon and Team America.

And when they rush it and don't use any quality control? You get 22 minutes of the kids going on ziplines and saying "this sucks".

Very good episode, in general I really like this season. So far it is definitely better then last season ^_^. The cartmen telling everyone him and kyle are gay was hilarious rofl.
