 Baroness Reminds of Mastodon, with more of a classic Led Zeppelin classical rock 'n roll style. Still heavy as fuck though. I have only listened a lot to their latest album, which is called 'Blue Record'. First album is called "The Red Album', and it also kicks tons of ass! Enslaved Enslaved's latest album is seriously some of the best shit I've heard. Heavy riffs, as well as drawn out atmospheric stuff, combined with old school black metal. Some parts are very proggy, this album has it all really. Above song speaks for itself! Deathspell Omega Twisted mindfuck death metal. Also out with a new album. Check out if you want something really unique. Agalloch Just out with new album. Isis'ish, but with a much darker sound. Very atmospheric and melodic, but also grim and evil. Check out! | ||

New: Metallica Questionable: Motley Crue (half metal, half punk. But seeing as there's gonna be one douche who says Linkin Park, I feel that I won't get too much shit for this) P.S. Led Zeppelin is also great. And in their day, they were metal. So they can be mentioned too, I suppose. | ||

Really been loving me some Dream Theater lately (as I am a bass player) so I practice their songs for warmups . Symphony X, Iron Maiden, Metallica, Amon Amarth (Vikings ftw), Motorhead, As I Lay Dying, Carnifex, Nevermore (I have a hand made T Shirt from Jim Sheppard <3), Avenged Sevenfold (R.I.P Rev) Mesuggah, Heaven Shall Burn, Black Dahila Murder, 2-3 songs from Studioforce (I'm ashamed....)
