Death grind doing what death grind does best, I guess. I don't listen to enough of either to comment, but it's sufficiently low-fi and bludgeoning enough to make me hair whip for a minute or two.

Not as heavy as some of the stuff posted on here, but it takes a special kind of instrumental band to keep my attention these days. I love the off-kilter time sigs.

Au contraire, fellow headbanger. Posted EW a few pages back. Dopethrone is probably the greatest doom album ever written. Right up there with Holy Mountain.
I like Dream Theater. Only band that has songs longer than 20 minutes (one is like 40sumthin) that i can listen to entirely without havin a urge to change the song
It's funny how american metal so differs stylewise from european metal sometimes :-) I finally after 10 years of stupid scheduling achieved to see Dark Tranquility live, now i can die, awesome live band.
