There actually is, you have to play a certain amount of tournaments and win and have a track record of being a stable team. With the way the rules were setup they had no choice but to enforce them as is, because if you started making exceptions then you have people who were going to start having extremely wealthy organizations like EHOME/iG/LGD/EG/etc. trying to poach the best players last minute. | ||
