Hard to call it a fluke when they had that run in the lower bracket, beating all the best teams in the world. That doesnt mean that they are the best team in the world, just makes them a top team with an amazing run. Hard to call any team atm "the best in the world"
OG is a top team, but they weren't even "best in the world" when they won Frankfurt. They just had the best tournament. And Crit was playing on another level. They simply had an awesome tournament and the "breaks" went there way.

Technically Natus Vincere isn't dead even now. They just need to win against Goblak's team to force a tie as long as Alliance and Fnatic don't win all of their next games. Both Alliance and Fnatic have their hardest games next.
Can they even go through with 1 loss? Their record would be 2-3 and they lost to both of the possible winners of Spirit/Na'Vi, who will also be 2-3. Are they playing tiebreak games or just using records?
Yes, because Fnatic losing to Americans would put them at 2-3, forcing a three team tie. Now, in case Fnatic wins, then they go through, in which case this whole discussion is useless.
If both fnatic and alliance win all their games today, they both advance and EG is out, and thats just one of the possibilities

I forgot about that, but that won't be the case, come on.
•Unpopular opinion but I've always thought Secret isn't as strong as everyone thinks, even placing second in the major didn't really convince me. Secret will decline and prob meet a similar fate as their first roster (even worse). •I predict by the time TI nears, EG will be the strongest team in the world but will still lose to Secret in head to heads just because of stylistic differences and history. • For OG, I doubt they'll win the next major but I wouldn't be surprised if they placed top 4. I'm convinced OG is really strong but not a TI caliber team. •CDEC has already fallen off. •Vici is my biggest question mark.

Though DP losing in 2 of the massive Throws yesterday kind of hurts her stats this tournament.
Pretty much. She only works if you pair her with Dazzle or Oracle, really. But hey, Dazzle totally isn't the problem even though he's been a top pick for several patches in a row now.

If a team can lose to Team Spirit and Na'Vi one day and beat LGD and EG the next DotA is truly a peculiar game
