I don't see how you don't think these interviews are cringe worthy but I respect your opinion and don't think you need to learn to accept that they are.
I don't think they are cringeworthy because they aren't cringeworthy. If you watch even highly professional interviews they have awkward moments and if you think a line of questioning is condescending maybe you don't understand the point of an interview.
