They had to deal with a strategy that we haven't seen before.
I think an AA with decent levels can do something about it.
Even a mid AA would work against what I may call a tanky heal strat.

i dunno man the pressure they exert on a trilane is gonna be relevant long before AA hits 6, even from mid (and aa mid is food for roaming ganks)

With only an arrow to setup a gank, it's quite hard to gank with that lineup.
Well, I guess when it's puppey it has to hit whatever happens so...

This won't happen again tho, wisp first ban every game vs secret
Well, it's high noon somewhere in the world

No salt, just honesty. The current Na'Vi roster is bottom of the barrel even amongst CIS teams and they clearly don't know how to play the patch. Either improve or bow out and give a spot to more deserving teams.

More deserving? Na'Vi still qualified for this, unlike C9 and VP who got in just because Chinese didn't show up.

Kinda funny seeing pros talk about Secret like this and we get one hell of a team.

In terms of individual skill, you cannot deny that Secret is a powerhouse.

And this is like their second LAN together. Some more time and I think they'll be even better

NaVi should've picked Goblin instead fng.

Goblin not as good as ppy but he is a good captain.

And s4 played very very well.

Looked like Navi went on the bottom lane with vanskor at quite low HP (he seemed 250-300?), that failed and they got wiped 3:0. Kuro had wand charges and Navi weren't full HP to start with, I think. Dendi and Funnik then gave up solo kills in both mid and top when they both had substantial CS leads.

Game snowballed from there.

Well I need to see the bot lane. It was what made the snowball possible. Arguably dying top and mid solo isn't as critical as having 3 heroes so crippled. Wanna know how they loss that lane so hard.

According to 7ckngmad, it's cuz navi engaged Necro instead of wisp...

because they didnt go on wisp he could tether to the guy they went on (necro in this case), then wisp uses wand to heal necro, necro does death pulse which heals him, wisp and him again through tether and then navi just rolls over and dies because they used everything on that.

yea i think the key to beating wisp comps has always been to find a way to kill the wisp first somehow, if you let him do his regen shit on anyone else fights are gonna go wrong

of course easier said than done, which is why wisp is so op mang

Well, they qualified based on league play so they have every right to be here.

There was friction between Kuroky and Xboct, Puppey sided with Kuroky, management had nothing to do with it. It was either let them separate or force them to stay when half the team hates the other half, which I doubt would have worked anyway because of how much money Alex Garfield has to throw around.

That game was insane.

Just to clarify, with death pulse's heal... if it hits wisp and wisp is tethered to necro, necro gets the heal as well from the tether? In essence this leads to twice the effectiveness of the skill for necro himself?
