Chinese beer is almost always local cause people are too cheap to ship nationwide. So people from beijing drink beijing beer and people from guangzhou drink guangzhou beer. Sure, there are nationwide brands as well as foreign brands, but for the general populace they'd rather save money buying the local beer. Liquor is also way bigger than beer, at least at gatherings. | ||
