You're right, this is the first DotA event I'm watching. I always found it boring, and not as engaging as SC2. I just tuned in the last portion of that game and found the casters stood out.
I don't know if they're good or not in the DotA scene, but they're definitely more like-able than a few SC2 casters. Just my 2c, but I'd rather have these guys cast OSL than Moletrap, for example.

The best at the tournament imo. Personal preference
I don`t think anyone can say that a particular caster duo is far better than the other though. I don`t know if it`s the game or the actual casters, but they do seem much better than SC2 casters overall, at least in english. And in Russian of course.

I've only seen her once in a competitive game before that and now she gets picked pretty often (and always seems to lose). Morphling on the other hand... Everybody is copying iG. They're copying the Luna pick with zero regard for the types of team-comps they picked her with/against.
They just go "Oh, iG picked Luna vs. Morphling. LUNA MUST COUNTER MORPHLING"

honestly sylar could have been playing any agi carry in that game, because the morph wasn't the deciding factor in that game. If you looked at the net worth chart, for the whole game it was roughly
Luna > Morph = Furi > CK >>>> all
LGD had 3 heroes with high farm, and even their supports got everything they needed to perform in their roles (enigma blink bkb, etc)

Hope Zenith goes with disruptor next game.
They are excellent with that hero. And glimpse is excellent for catching annoying heroes like morphling. Good aoe picks too

Also worth to mention, when they use it they get a yellow "swirling" light around their hero, looking kind of shiny.

They know a good bit and are constantly trying to improve, that's for sure, they got the likes of moletrap, that can't quite figure out a blink obs build in our current state, beat by miles and miles and miles.

LD has been getting better at play by play this TI2, though I think he's going overboard with the yelling. well i like these two much better than the other two that were on earlier (not tobi and synd, the other other ones).

Man, I tried watching the first Dota 2 international tourney because of the prizepool and it was really entertaining, never picked up the game though. Now I'm watching it again and the production is so good, I like all the casters, entertaining to watch. Gonna have to play the game now.

Did.....did the stream just speed up to 1.5x speed then freeze for anyone else?? or did my internet just implode.
