i don't think they have better strats.
not talking about the captains. talking about the carries. by strategy i mean they focus more on things like controlling runes for mid, ganking with groups, and that kind of stuff.
doing those stuff may not be the best thing to do when compared to the alternative of farming. maybe farming is the better strat on a carry instead of pub style roaming the map.
depends on the carry for example burning goes drums into bkb sometimes on dk(dragon knight) for early push and teamfight

IN theory it's possible to farm like burning AND do the things that western carries do to help the team. but the amount of knowledge coordination, skill and thinking requires is beyond any current player.

Nope these lasthits aren't typical. You don't get into this ratio until 10min later usually and that is with absolute freefarm.
