A medium hard question is, what items should you buy on void at the start. This depends on a ton of factors but can be simplified into 3-4 cases by ignoring solo off lane and similar things. A hard question is, what items should I build on void and in which order. This would depend on so many factors that even a summary answer with 1 build would be heavily argued since it is just good in perhaps 25% of games. These days when people ask a genuinely simple question they get told to go check it in a bot game. If anyone asked your medium or hard questions they would be told to go to the void thread. About the only thing left to be done here is vague theorycraft.

1v1 mid though heroes like qop and sf should do fine. Viper is not as scary as people think, hes starting damage/range is low, and hes slow. abuse creep/highground positioning and keep hitting him and not just a hit once awhile or corrosive end up doing more damage to you than your autos did to him.

I dont farm much on treant so i get dagger around the time that there are (multiple) bkb's on the enemies team. Although i see alot of potential in the ultimate when teamfighting, its lack of damage doesnt really lobby for a blinkdagger in the trench. People tend to not take advantage of the ultimate and it doesnt deal any damage by itself. I guess the higher mmr region you play, the more effective the ultimate+blink will be.

If your team needs initiation, especially to break highground, get blink. If you have other initiators and you're mainly using overgrowth as a followup or an interrupt, vlads/drums etc might be better. I usually find it fairly obvious when I need blink and when I don't, tbh. Am I getting where I need to be, or do I need help?
