Phase druns yasha into basher/deso into manta is a legit right clicker and boosts your ulti but not as much as aghs. At least you can slice open your enemies after your ult Actually deso boosts omnislash about as much as aghs. Difference is in ~3% of damage. Aghs does boost cd though.

It is a valid tactic but there's usually a hero that could use the gold you'd get that way. Make sure it doesn't compromise your carries farm

Well, you can toss Chen/Enchantress easily in phase 1, but it's already showing that you're going to take towers, so don't forget to ban waveclearing supports like Kotl or Dazzle if you didn't draft latter already. If you're going for jungle Doom on 4 position, well, you can throw him in second phase, no reason to get him in first. That's basically it. Ofc nothing is preventing you from getting Chen/Enchantress in phase 2, but don't get them as last pick.

There are 2 different justifications for picking a jungler 1) "I want this hero's unique abilities" such as a chen/ench/enigma's early push ability with summons or w/e. If this is the case, then you pick the hero. Preferably late since junglers put substantial stress on your lanes although chen and enchantress are usually powerful enough that you can pick the early if you are concerned about bans. 2) "I want to be greedy as fuck" such as when you are certain the opponent won't aggro-tri you but at the same time you can't contest their safe tri and you need to abuse this. Like if they have a spectre or AM but you didn't pick aggro heroes. Then you can grab a jungler of some variety to break the parity of safe-lane supports by jungling. NOTE THAT YOU HAVE TO BE SURE UR MID IS SAFE. Depending on the hero of course. A lot of the time the enemy supports will smoke mid if you aren't contesting their trilane and in that case having a jungler can be a huge liability since your supports need to be active on the map as well. A lot of teams have gone to picking heroes like CM/SK as powerful roaming/lane supports that can also jungle to hide their intentions as well as adapt to the in-game realities better.
