Maybe I should keep more keys available for hotkeys...
That is an amazing waste of hotkeys. Use your mouse to pan the edges to move the camera, or the minimap. Panning isn't a bad habit, its what you should be doing
edit: other ways to move the camera that you should keep in mind are unit hotkeys (store your hero as "1" and minions as "2", and then double click 1 or 2 to go to them for an example), and camera hotkeys to move fast to important locations like runes and towers (Similar to starcraft, but you will need to use console/autoexec to store them beforehand)
edit2: Don't use camera grip (as in middle mouse button) unless you're a caster and need smooth camera movements. It wastes too much time.

Yeah, if mouse panning seems inefficient then "camera grip" aka grab a spot and move the camera with your mouse like that is probably the best alternative.
Realistically the mouse is the most powerful tool for moving your camera and you should use it as such.

Using middle mouse butting to drag is a good way of doing things, but a lot of people find middle butting awkward to use.
Using keyboard to move camera in a game where you have to click with mouse anyways is just overkill to me

Thanks. Control group hotkeys and camera hotkeys were my main way of moving the camera in SC2 but I don't jump the camera around as much in Dota. I suspect I move the camera around a bit too much. I'm forever tapping it around

You can set up location hotkeys via binding a key to a specific location in autoexec for, say, runes. However, its difficult to execute dynamically and generally not worthwhile either since you dont have a base to return to or hatcheries to inject or w/e.
Obviously control group hotkeys work at least for your hero.
Still, I recommend a combination of minimap clicking, edge-panning and camera grab/drag.

That is quite ok in a game like Dota. While in Starcraft you could tell a skilled player by how little he moved the camera with edge panning, there is no such thing in dota. Dota is a twitch game with a very closeup camera, you will have to constantly readjust it as you move your hero along.

Eul's Scepter of Divinity:
Cyclone now deals 50 damage to enemy units when they land.
Does this mean enemies cannot blink after Eul's is used on them? (does it put blink on cooldown?)

Yes they can't blink anymore.

Usually you need BKB by 2nd major item because a carry Lina usually wants to break a lane on 3rd/4th item.
2nd?
I was under the impression that, as a carry Lina, you either go big or go home. Like, if you don't win you can't really hope to take the game late with full 6 slots.
So a BKB is less damage output and not always viable.
I never played a carry Lina, but I have a friend that does, and he plays well for our level (lowly 4.2k or something). He goes usually direct damage items. Usually Orchid first big item then either Vyse or MKB or Deso.
I know it depends on what the opposing team has, but unless you're being 100% CC'ed I don't think a BKB is top priority.

10s BKB is pretty much THE "I need to win the game right now" item. Like, at that level 11-13 timing, you win fights by being able to stand there and throw all your shit more than you would by having 2 damage items but having to run away if the enemy actually tries to kill you.

Those dps Linas are absolute liability, because you just generate 6-7 kills before 15 minute mark, then die to enemy carry and give 1k+ gold. After it you're useless, because of it you get bkb after arcanes/dagger imo and play like SF with this "go hard or go home" attitude.

Blood rage not being removed by manta/bkb seems like a weird change. Are there any other non-ult, magical abilities that do this?

So, after the BAT change I want to play some Juggernaut.
There's no hero thread on him yet, so I'm looking for some advice on item builds here.
I've always been quite sceptical towards the drums -> aghs build. It doesn't really buff your rightclick and if they get ghost scepters you just look stupid.
How do you guys build Jugger?

After losing ~20 games to Juggernaut with only scepter having 4-5 slots by myself, i started to build him as well as you with drums and scepter. Sadly, it rarely works without other items, it seems because i can't crit every omnislash hit.
But anyway. Pt/phases - drums-scepter-desolator/mjollnir-butterfly seem stable okay build on Juggernaut, and well. They will get ghost scepters, that's basically it :D You can buy diffusals tho, they're ok on Juggernaut as well.

phase wand pms (drums) -> yasha -> mom/aghs/sny/manta/diffusal -> bfly/abyssal/mkb he's pretty flexible tho you can do a lot of stuff. treads, bfury, lothars, deso, mjol, etc are all ok

Does the new Aghs on Abaddon still heal him, in addition to reflecting the incoming damage?

Of course. Or else youd be nerfing yourself when buying the item

For jugg I like pms phase wand/stick yasha into aghs, then pick a damage item based on how things are going. IMO maelstrom/mjolnir are pretty underrated for him
