1. Does anyone need to be drained of their mana? If yes, send both creeps that way and use the spell on the ranged creep on him/her. 2. Is there a lot of AoE damage? If yes, send the melee creep that way and use the ranged creep for mana drain and damage output accordingly. 3. Is there a squishy target? If yes, send both creeps that way but make sure to use the spell on the ranged creep efficiently.
The end.

What are some good items to go for on AM or Void after boots / sticks / shields if (a) you're having a hard time on lane (b) you expect you're going to teamfight early

MoM is legit on void for early fighting. You aim to kill someone in chrono and then get out fast, and no item really does is better for such a low cost. Its obviously a dead end item and not an item for every game. But for those early game fights its still better than like a naked crystalis or maelstrom or somehting.

Before aoe ult, AM was absolute shitter if he had hard time on lane, now he can ult at least. But you can skip bf and go pt-manta-vlads and be useful.
Void wasn't as absolute shitter as AM-pre-ult was if he's fucked on lane, so you can just go pt-scepter-mom and enjoy the life. Or there is classic pt-maelstrom-mom always, if you don't have a lot of money but have to be useful. But scepter is sick.
And ofc, there is always possibility of early bkb purchase for both, all is situational.

Is there a convenient way to buy an item requiring parts from both the regular and the secret shop? Or do I really have to buy the recipe from the fountain shop, put it on the courier, send the courier to the secret shop, hope noone sends it elsewhere, wait for the courier to arrive, buy the parts from the secret shop and finally deliver everything to me?

Yep.

The latter pretty much. Keep in mind the side shop has a few items that are also in the secret shop that a suprising amount of people don't know are located in both which can make shopping a little quicker.
ie. Ring of Health, Energy Booster, Orb of Venom

If you have the slots just buy the original items + recipe and leave it in your inventory and buy from secret shop first/last.

This was literally asked a page ago. Procs are based on damage, so missed attacks can't proc Static Charge

Does it proc when you deal 0 damage? Or it is based on the damage received?

I think the minimum damage you can deal is 3. Don't quote me on that though.

It is based on taking damage, so I would imagine taking hits from an enemy whose damage was all sapped out by Static Link would mean Static Charge would never proc.
I should test this out actually.
