Which is quite normal
not at like 14 minutes O.O
Well, normal when the other team does an all-in pushing strat.
right. so assuming they have a semi normal line up like that and you dont manage to get some sort of good counter push do you just die?
or are there any cheap items you can get to slow down their push?
Define semi normal? If they pushed you hard with groups of 4 and 5, then losing a lot of outer towers is normal.
There is no real counterpush item. To an extent you can use shiva's(way too expensive to get early) or helm of dominator(get some creeps). In the end counterpushing is about killing their creepwave and damaging their heroes though. This is best done with spells, preferably with long range, high damage and big area of effect. At best you can increase your teamfight potential with items or increase your hero's mana to cast more spells.
Is there a reason why people dont stack damage on timbersaw? I realize its most effective for auto attacks, but other ability based heros sometimes stack + damage, so im unsure.
Almost no spells scale (things like ODs arcane orb and SMs arcane bolt are the exception not the rule, and don't even scale off damage), and timbersaw's spells are not an exception.
But some spell-based heroes (for example, qop) have decent stats for autoattacking, and have a lot of farm late game due to being dominant early-mid game. As such, they build DPS items (often with a lot of utility like sheepstick thrown in though). But timbersaw is melee, can't attack when he is using his ultimate, average str gain and poor agi gain, which all make him fairly bad for autoattacking. Hence he builds purely tanky and utility items after solving his mana problems.

Oh ok, Cool thanks.
Last question, how do you get armor from the workshop into your game? I cant seem to save it or buy it or anything. (not store items, but Valve approved player creations)
If they are Valve approved but not in the store, they are likely available only as chest drops. Which means either cracking chests and hoping for the best (not recommended) or trying to get them on the secondary market.
There is a way to import entire reskins into Dota, but those will only be visible to you. I know that merely because Eternal Envy(a.k.a. EE-sama) used animu girl skins for some heroes(that someone else created). Can't really help you with specifics on that though, except that it is basicallystraightup modding game files(and therefore quite a bit of work).
I was watching the BeyondTheSummits stream earlier and they were playing videos and there was this one vid about the Axe and Tiny combo where Tiny tosses Axe, Axe calls, Tiny Avalanches, Axe ulti's and YMCA was in the background.
However, when I hopped onto youtube to look for the video, I couldn't find it. Is anyone familiar with that video?

They also showed a really well produced highlight reel of dota 2 that had a CM dodging Zeus ult with a smoke while running back down mid lane... I can't find that one back either

"Windrunner channels the wind, gaining maximum attack speed on the enemy unit or structure, although with reduced damage, including damage from unique attack modifiers and item effects."
What does that mean? What attack modifiers and item effects give damage? Does it mean Maelstorm, MKB, Daedalus, etc.? Is the damage reduction also 50%/40%/30%? Does it not affect things like Desolator and Lifesteal which don't do damage?

When you want to shoot as many arrows as possible over time, it's really hard to pull the bow to the maximum with every single one, and less power - less damage.
Seriously though, lifesteal is based off damage dealt and desolator's minus armor is a debuff. All Focus Fire does in regards to damage is apply a temporary <100% multiplier to your overall damage per auto attack, therefore whatever gives you a static damage bonus will also be impacted by the said multiplier.
So we're arguing with my friend on the juggernaut build.
He insists that BFury is the best pick because of mana and hp regen, dmg and cleave for farming and pushing. I'm against this opinion because It costs 4350 which is like yasha + drums (you can use yasha to build higher tier items and drums are great midgame oriented team item) or nearly yasha + ultimate orb etc etc. I also think that hp regen and cleave is redundant for jugger because he already has it in fury and healing ward.
Situational, depends on game. Battle Fury has uses, but the current pace of the game usually isn't slow or farmy enough to make it a good buy. That does't mean it's never good.
Bfury's outdated but its still situationally fine.
I like phase+drums+yasha into aghs myself but it all depends on how the game is going both in terms of what my team needs from me and what is reasonable to get. Yasha often becomes SnY pretty early for example when I feel like I need some tank.
There is also an argument to be made for maelstrom as a superior farming item to bfury on jugg due to his innate HP regen, but you kinda need either a CM or some mana boots on your team to make that work (although an early RoB does a lot). Drums help mitigate mana pool issues in teamfights but they don't rectify overall regen problems.
Bfury doesn't actually help you push since you can spin the wave about as fast as u can cleave it down most of the game, and by the time you can cleave it down super fast the wave dies so fast anyway that cleave isn't relevant.
The other comment is that if you are going safelane carry jugg, then a midas is accelerating your farm better than a bfury for the first 20 minutes of the game, while also getting you a fast level 11 (VERY IMPORTANT) and letting you abuse how good jugg is at fighting in the first 20 minutes without sacrificing too much farm. bfury eventually gets you more farm but you have to kinda swear off fighting for 25 mins which isn't worth it as jugg (contrasted to say an AM where it IS worth it). So midas into drums yasha aghs is pretty legit imo, and if you can't get the midas just skip it.
