Can Mjollnir's chain lightning passive and MKB's mini-bash proc in the same attack in a hero like windrunner or mirana (ranged)?
Please only answer if you are sure of this as many people say that if chain lightning procs it will override other unique attack modifiers(as said in the item description) but in dota 2 mini-bash is not a unique attack modifier so in theory both should be able to proc at the same time, giving you a mini stun, extra 100 dmg AND the chain lightning 160 dmg orb.
Have someone tried this yet? or could try it? Bash never was an orb/UAM so the thought in that direction is moot. They should both happen on the same attack. However if it really is the case someone needs to test in singleplayer(usually takes me like 10 minutes) I am not at a dota 2 pc now and won't be for the rest of the day, so I can only give instructions: -create lobby, enable cheat codes. - type "-gold 10000000", buy the items(preferably multiple mkbs and mjollnirs to increase the chances) - type "-createhero doom enemy" a couple of times. Have the mouse on the playing field where you want bots to spawn or the heroes will spawn in unpathable terrain in direfountain. - "levelbots 25", optionally "-allvision" for vision of direside, optionally "-refresh" to fill bots and you back to 100% Then hack away. You should(very high chance) get a proc of both on the same attack in the first few 100-300 hits. Apparently nobody cares enough to actually do tests.
It is possible to get both procs on the same attack. Also, as I now also verified, multiple MKB's stack.
It's been a long time, so can any-yango please tell me whether or not MKB's minibash is supposed to stack? I looked through known bug and intended changes on dev.dota and I couldn't fnd a relevant topic on that.

It does and its suppose to. MKB isn't a bash and can stack with other bash effects and itself.
Except not quite. Even if you have more than one, if both proc at the same time, it will only do the minibash from one of them, but still reset the other. So it does stack, but you don't get twice the proc %.
|
I'd assume it stacks diminishingly like evasion rather than additively so you shouldn't get "twice" the proc%.
Also the real use of MKB is truestrike so stacking them isn't very helpful lol.
|
"Stack": noun. All effects work on top of each other without limit.
In this context, MKB gives you 100 magic damage on proc on a ranged hero. 2 mkbs give you 200 magic damage, when they proc at the same time, and 100 if only 1 of them procs. I actually had a handful hits of 3 MKBs proccing on the same hit. Which gives 300 magic damage, 225 after standard magic resistance.

MKB stacking in DotA 1 is weird. On melee heroes, it behaves the exact same as in DotA 2--(damage stacks, longest stun duration applies). On ranged heroes, the damage does NOT stack, and stacks diminishingly based on the corresponding % chances. See http://www.playdota.com/mechanics/Item_Passive_Stacking for details--with melee MKB bash categorized under "Independent Stacking" and ranged MKB bash categorized under "Chance Stacking".
In general, DotA 2 has cleaned up most ranged/melee disparity interactions like this to be consistent (e.g. Skadi being an orb on melee but NOT an orb on ranged). So while there's no explicit intended changes post about it, it's presumed that this is covered under the umbrella of intended orb effect changes.
Note also because of how bash works in DotA 1, melee MKB procs in DotA 1 are magic damage, physical bash, while ranged MKB procs are physical damage, magical bash (with the corresponding implications for whether they affect magic immune units). In DotA 2, MKB procs are ALWAYS magic damage, physical bash, regardless of whether the holder is ranged or melee.

Question about Sand King ult + Euls ... if I ult, wait the 2 secs to channel it, blink in and immediately eul myself ... will my ult continue or will it stop because I euled myself?

It will continue. But that kind of defeats the purpose as now you can't follow people and everyone will just run away from you. You'd be better off stunning and sandstorming 99% of the time.

Would there be any situations where I would want to get euls on him? I was watching Pirate's replays (the SK pubstar) and saw him doing it in one game.

if you need the cyclone disable for yourself or for someone else. euls on sandking is kind of like euls on puck. makes you pretty much unkillable and the cyclone could come in handy in some cases

The main draw of Eul's after Blink is the 2.5s cyclone prevents you from taking damage so you can blink away. Its similar to Puck's Phase-> Blink.

I assume I can shift queue the blink with no delay time and no chance of me being stunned right after I eul myself?

There is actually turn-rate delay if you blink somewhere you are not facing I believe.

Okay that is what I figured. I must of missed the defening blast then :p

Additionally, Eul's as an item has some buggy interactions with shift-queueing in DotA 2.

what does it mean to create space?

Keep the enemy team busy. So if the enemy team is busy your carry can safely farm in a lane or jungle that he otherwise could not; hence you've made space for him.

I saw a Dota 1 highlight video once where a rhasta starts his tp, then euls himself. It didn't break tp channel and he got away. Is this still possible in Dota, and why not in Dota 2?
