Does Tiny's craggy exterior stuns go through bkb?
Is QW Invoker still viable or is it just bad now because of the shitty base damage?

No because you lose the mid lane and I don't think Invoker plays well from behind.

Is QW Invoker still viable or is it just bad now because of the shitty base damage? its still viable if you can overcome the base damage problem. for example if youre laning against a really low dmg laner (meepo, sniper) or if you start with random gold and get yourself a null talisman at the start. his spells havent changed so if you dont run into problems early game he can still wreck shit mid game

Too many people will go, derp forgot a TP and buy one and send it on the courier when for example, your magnus is 100g from their blink. Communicate with your lanemates if you're going to use the courier, see if they can't buy before you send it so the courier only needs to make one trip. etc.

Recognize when someone is priority for courier and let that person use the courier. also, I see a lot of players that use the courier to buy stuff that is in the sideshops, which is pretty bad. The sideshops have a lot of the early game stuff that you usually buy (sobi mask/ring of regen/ ring of health/ boots/ the list goes on). If you're in the sidelanes, plan ahead on what items you're gonna get (which is why sometimes players buy the recipe for Soul Ring in the start, for example)

Also understand that mid needs their bottle first

Nothing makes me facepalm like someone using the courier to bring a ring of protection to sidelane, and upon returning to base go ferry 2 iron branches to the same player. If 800 is still too much, don't let anyone but mid deliver stuff for less than 1k or 1,5k gold. I don't play invoker, but I've seen invokers getting either claws of attack/null talisman in starting items and even 1-2 casual levels of exort just for lasthitting. Of course not as strong as invoker once was, but doable.

The simplest way is to ask "I'll take the courier if no one else needs it?". If you seriously can't agree on who gets to use the courier, you guys have some major synergy issues. If you're not on skype/ts with eachother, you just go by rank. If you're mid and its early, the courier is always yours. If you're 5th (hardsupport), really think if you need that ward right now. If the mid has just used the courier to bring him the bottle, you're usually safe to just go ahead and use it. Upgrading it early is a major bonus. If the mid wants to bottlecrow, he's last in line. Either he buys his own, or he waits until everyone else is done. You can't really bottlecrow properly without buying your own or upgrading it very early. I've seen both in pro games. edit: But seriously. Just communicate with each other. Sometimes shit happens, and the hardcarry needs regen NOW to be able to stay in lane. If you're mid at this point and you want that null talisman, it will have to wait. edit: Nearly forgot. If you're jungling, the rest of the team will just have to accept that you'll be ferrying small items to you a lot. But for the most part this is a lot closer to base, so it doesn't take as long, and you can always be efficient by having more people use it at once. Mid still takes priority though.

I did these using http://dota2draft.the-cluster.org/ you get paired with some random person or a friend and you just play CM picking phase. I did two picks, first as Dire, second as Radiant. Here are the links to the results: Dire Radiant

RoP is such a good and cheap item that you can almost always buy it from starting gold. Except for regen and RoP, you can get anything else you need for the laning phase from the sideshop. If your build consisted of quelling blade, stout shield and tranqil boots, you should start with RoP. You could even buy RoP, wards and the chicken itself and have enough money to buy a tango.

I wouldn't start with RoP on a melee hero, atleast not if im facing a lane with harass.

Now you can get your tranqs at the side shop without using the courier. This of course assumes you know you want to get tranqs when you start I guess.
