Exceptions exist but not in a manner that allow to completely bypass the system. Not that everyone adheres to it perfectly... lol Especially in consulting or when self employed. We have that rule in Poland as well. Usually people just don't care or straight don't know about it but if the relevant authorities checked a company's books and found out that the employer was deliberately pushing employees to work without the required 11h or rest, there could be serious legal repercussions.

I know that LD isn't out there looking for streamers. no - at least I've rarely seen it ever requested or added from a request normally it's just someone that can reasonably be argued as being "competitive" or "in-the-scene" that a few people ask to get featured that get added

I meant self-request to be featured - that wasn't a shot at the mods for doing or not doing something. I was just saying that in my time on here the featured live streams have mostly been added just because they're someone of importance and someone else requested that they be added.

Which makes it so that sometimes you're legally not allowed to go home from a trip and should have stayed in a hotel to"wait" for the next work day so you can continue your journey home fresh. These safety concerns are valid if you're driving I'd say
