Yeah, all they needed to do was get us to give up our information and use location tracking to collect vast amounts of data with questionable consent by the users. And then crowd source moderation because they receive blanket liability protection in the US. EZPZ, just step into an unfair playing field and don't play by the same rules as everyone else.

The only reason i'm watching anime right now is cause i heard zero-two was great from darling in franxx. Didn't expect the sheer exploration of "coming of age" theme and brave new world-ish setting from that anime. (also cause i'm still applying for a job)

Overlord season 2 has taken such a fucking drop in production quality compared to season 1, some of the episodes really look like garbage.

Also after reading the source material i've begun to realize how much tamer and less brutal the anime is. It's not a bad adaption though, they cover most of the important stuff. They just sadly cut out internal monologues almost entirely unless it's ainz which makes you miss out on a lot of character motivations.

I enjoy DitF a lot, it's genuinely just a fun story about puberty, relationships and coming of age. It just happens to use some metaphors that are about as subtle as a brick to the face.
But it's still a fun watch.

I wish i had more time for anime but finishing my thesis takes priority. I spend most of my free time messing around with the economy in WoW. Never before has making gold been this easy, making millions with minimal effort.
