The legal relationship is based more on political and economic reality.
To put it simply, the USA is the GREATEST country in the world offering FREEDOM, MONEY and OPPORTUNITY. Poland and other less winning countries, on the other hand, are sh...not the USA.
So ask yourself, if you are the greatest place in the world, are you going to let any ol' peasant from anywhere enter freely or ask them to pass through your fence into the land of freedom and success?
Only fellow successful elite countries are given 2-way treaties because they have economic parity and history/prestige to ensure citizens won't go over there and turn it into not the greatest country ever.
As a non-elite country you let them come over freely because if you're lucky some of that shine might rub off on you. You want to make it so global conglomerates can come over, do business and exploit your nation...while just maybe helping some of your people have better lives.
tl;dr USA is DIVINE 5 and other countries are HERALD so you let them play core if you wanna get some +25.
Also there are some constitutional, domestic, security implications to consider for the USA (like birthright citizenship), but it's mostly that.

taking advantage of birthright citizenship is only for people who can afford to fly to the us and pay hospital fees the barrier to entry is high enough that its basically only for elites anyway
|
Of course, the background/visa checks have helped to filter out the plebs who bring dirt and disease. What you're left with are elites who have money and talent.

The USA is the great country in the world, built by immigrants. We love immigrants, except when a politician wants to get elected by attacking immigration. That’s how powerful immigrants are. They built our county and then keep our politicians employed. It is stunning.

I just want you to know that when it comes to USPOL, no statement is sufficiently idiotic as to be self-evidently satire or sarcasm. Too much idiocy surrounds that topic.
I really appreciate how ESL One Katowice is facebook exclusive and the top 9 dota streams on twitch right now are all ESL One Katowice

It's a 2 year deal.
And it's probally not just the money. 2 billion users is the kind of number execs love to hear, as meaningless and stupid as it may be.

It might not be just the money, but unless a lot of industry people are lying, "multiple millions of dollars" is also the kind of number execs love to hear
|
I'm sure there was a lot of money involved as well. But it's not like YouTube was paying them pennies. I wouldn't expect any 2 year exclusivity deal to not take multiple millions of dollars at this point.
I mean, Twitch paid 90 million for OWL.

This Chinese manufacturing place's regulations can actually go fuck themselves.
They accept metric for everything but the vias. Which is pretty weird.I guess it's the way machining works, at endgame. Took me a weekend to figure it out.

That's mostly on the US. It's pretty common everywhere that uses metric to have some stuff on imperial, because the materials just come like that.
It's worse for stuff that uses both, like piping.

The facebook stream is objectively not awesome in its current state.

It doesn't seem that bad for me(on my phone), but it is totally going to very from region to region. I remember when Twitch was hot trash in the EU.
