at least it's friday I was talking about VR and weird experiences from E3. There was that crazy Minecraft AR demo where it projected a minecraft level onto a table and apparently that shit was real. I am all about virtual table top war games.

As someone with adhd I can confirm that I enjoy video games bc I enjoy the stimuli it provides me.
However you can ask teddy if I'm always paying attention. I'll never be a high level player bc of it unless I go on meds.
Also makes work difficult. So I've been talking with my dr about the possibility about going back on em.

I used to go out have coffees with my math teacher every weekend in highschool (we needed to go to classes on Saturday half day), she is like 10years older than me. It was awesome. In fairness I was like 5'9 back when I was 14 and she is tiny lol. Asia culture is so different compared to over here.

I await the day when e-sports and VR technology is big enough to the point where they can project games onto a stadium and make it look like a real-life battle.

So I've been talking with my dr about the possibility about going back on em. I'm with you. I stopped taking med recommendations from my doctor and went to a therapist who was more familiar ADHD. Doctors are nice, but they are not experts and might not be aware of all the drugs that are out there.
And yes, ADHD can make Dota/SC2 a struggle. Constant focus is not a thing I do naturally.

adhd affected people can focus very well if the subject is interesting to them guys..

Too bad dota is so boring
|
Boredom is not the issue with people with ADHD. We are rarely bored, if ever. The issue is that we have a low threshold for things catching our attention. And in a game like dota, where shit can be real slow and then gets real fast suddenly, it causes problems.
