honestly the scene where neo does all that kung fu shit and then does the "come get me" gesture is way dorkier than I realized lol
can't find the full gif, I guess this isn't too cringey on its own:

How dare you flame Neo, he's a sexy beast in at least two trenchcoats at all times.
|
For all those uninitiated, that means he listens to power metal ballads all day.

I haven't watched past the first season of the blacklist so maybe she's his goddaughter lol idk
ultimately the show is a relatively standard monster of the week crime drama with some decent long term arks but I think it's really good for what it is and james spader is james spader
I should watch the second season

You know I bet valve give us immortals 2 on day 21 same as last year just to make the graphs spike teh same motherfuckers gonna make us wait 10 more days

ofc everything's cringey 10 years later

The Matrix is a fine film, just as good today as when it was released. Just as dumb and just as fun.
|
James spader was also on the original Stargate movie playing Daniel Jackson <3

I really enjoyed the new Avengers, and really liked how they portrayed Ultron. Nice balance of chills and humour.

tbh who doesnt like robots fighting a giant green man and machine on machine action and coach carter and the power of friendship and shit
age of ultron was honestly really enjoyable but I think it lacked the oomf that made the movie memorable like the first one. I'm sure if I was a professional cinema critic I'd be more verbose than 'oomf' but that's all I can come up with.
for me the most memorable part was when + Show Spoiler +vision just casually picked up thor's hammer to swing it at an enemy, and everyone else was fucking floored . while funny i feel like you need something more significant to anchor your audience when there's so much other shit going on.
|
One of the main parts that made the first one so memorable was the "holy shit, this movie is not hot garbage in every way" factor. At this point we have hit the people expecting Marvel movies to be good and not really being wowed when they are.
