Usually people figure the trench ends around 1K above them, where players are "so good" that they must be out of the trench. Until you watch 6-7K streamers whose teammates suck and whose games suck etc. Keep in mind the trench isn't only about you, its about ur teammates & opponents too. | ||

el oh fucking el  the trench doesn't end until you play only professional doto..and even then, it feels like some teams have never really escaped from time to time | ||

programming an item-combining system didn't seem worth it, since you can just buy the combined items themselves and there's no sell penalty. Not to mention it wouldn't have helped here since the combination items aren't in the database. Dunno what the timeline on updating the item dictionary itself is though. | ||

Actually the only true trench is above 7k. That's when you literally start getting high 3k teammates and play against 5k's. | ||

Although the "i'm the highest MMR, have to carry" mentality somehow prevails even with such utterly trivial differences. -_- | ||
