granted the crash didn't really hit us hard because for various reasons real estate here never seems to decrease too much in price. tenant laws here are ridiculously tenant-favored so i'm honestly not surprised that your clients don't know shit lol | ||

You can form a tenancy in 30 days just by living in a property with the landlords knowledge. No landlord likes that one, or believes me when I tell them. I had an hour long discussion with 4 people at a bank trying to explain to them that vacation homes are not "abandoned" because its not vacation season. | ||
