and easements aren't really a thing in our suburbs. our title problems come from cloudy titles on tax liens and unclear names and small shit like that. if you have a bad real estate agent he/she isn't going to really fight that hard to get you the best deal on the property because her commission doesn't change by much, it's the nature of the industry unfortunately also if you have a credit score over 740 you're golden. and it isn't too hard to attain that rating, just pay your bills on time for 3-ish years. I had 2 deliquencies ~6 years ago and i didn't really start using multiple credit lines until ~3 years ago, but my score is still 760+. | ||

But we underestimated the differences between our previously successful revenue sharing models, and the addition of paid mods to Skyrim's workshop. We understand our own game's communities pretty well, but stepping into an established, years old modding community in Skyrim was probably not the right place to start iterating. We think this made us miss the mark pretty badly, even though we believe there's a useful feature somewhere here. TLDR valve's gonna bring this back for custom games in dota | ||

We handle foreclosures, so all that work is someones fault. All the title clouds we clear up are due to terrible title work from shady closings or times when there is no title insurance. | ||

Our first realtor was a 'family friend' who did some properties for my parents and came pretty highly recommended. Welp, turns out she had a stroke a year ago and she sucks ass now. I felt bad but I had to 'fire' her. As PlanSix said, any monkey can become a 'realtor', I believe last I looked there were 30,000 'realtor' in Arizona alone.
