tinker was always GGA (bulba + qojqva never unsigned post TI, the rest were both a revolving door and questionable)
I edited my post to indicate that its really fucking hard to compete with NiP for swedish people. They did try.
CIS teams are just not a good investment for a sponsor like liquid.
Burden and Basically Unknown are both not really TI tier even if they don't suck. It's hard for a sponsor to sign a team with exceedingly low chances of making it to TI in any capacity.
