brood war is still amazing to watch..on vanilla TL there's a 24/7 BW vod stream and occasionally i will watch it before i go to bed. gotta love it. | ||

That was half the beauty of BW casting, information wasn't so easily accessed and not every tournament had an overlay that displayed resources and supply so you had to actually pay attention to the game and be constantly active as casters and observers to get the full picture. If they didn't have the overlays it made it a lot more fun when you didn't know how behind a player was so it was appropriate to hype it up because there was uncertainty if the player was really behind or equal. In SC2 you can clearly see 50 supply vs 90 so the 50 supply guy is fucked. | ||
